With over three decades of experience in the Development space, my career began as a Major Donor Officer and event planner, later leading a nationally recognized nonprofit’s major gifts team of eight. Together, we cultivated, stewarded, and solicited donors nationwide, securing millions in philanthropic support.

With a wide range of clientele from grassroots organizations with $500,000 budgets to institutions managing over $1B, including social service agencies, international nonprofits, medical organizations, and veteran-focused causes. No matter the size, we tailor strategies that are scalable, mission-driven, and rooted in each organization’s unique culture.

At the heart of our work is a passion for helping organizations grow by building authentic donor relationships founded on trust, empathy, and intentionality. We blend strategic insight with emotional intelligence to align development strategies, deepen donor engagement, and strengthen both impact and revenue.

That passion ultimately led us to launch Inspire Collaborative, a space where Non-Profits can access experienced guidance, fresh perspective, and practical tools to elevate their fundraising.
